Throwing up "hipokrit" guys!

Many accuse that hosteliers are racists and double-standards as they always treat Asian/Malaysian worse than the other tourists. Do ask with most of the owners of hostels or hotels, I guarantee they will say the same as what we said below. Cosmopolitan Hotel @ Chow Kit even explicitly said in their site that they do not receive any Malaysian. At all.

But actually I can say that it is not the race that is matter but that bad attitude always resulting bad treatment. And lambasting telling us "ill-mannered" them just after they had given us bad attitude - is just ridiculous. I believe they behave 180 degrees differently if they travel in other countries staying in "whities" hostel. Who is the racist now?

While we try to be at our best, the bad experiences handled this "local" sometimes really overshadowing the good ones. Pic here is just our example guests. We need to clean up the whole things and change the mattress etc as I don't think anybody want to stay in that room after what they did. Coming in a group and try to squeeze in a room. Pardon me, the bed is made for certain capacity - not to carry 4 - 6 adults in a bed. The rooms are created just to cater specific number of people and not to be treated as hall/lepak place.

I doubt that they "know" the meaning of the words "dust bin" or "astray". Eating in the bed, throwing rubbish everywhere, smoke in bed and burning the sofa, carpet etc. The cost of accommodating these "future generations" sometimes can be as much as refurbishing the whole room or even the whole living room.

Not to mention the noise they make. "CONSIDERATION" is such a big word, I suppose, for some of these fellas. Lepak mentality that make them think that everybody sleeps at 4am and wake up at afternoon justify them to do whatever they want. "Neighbour" is just an alien that unfortunately and stupidly doesn't understand this "cool" things.

Came in 4 although booked for 2 persons, we told them they should find other room but we gave them "CONSIDERATION" as they said they were well-behaved fellas! Five minutes checking in, Heineken on the carpet. Not a drop but can spilling, Sir! Not even saying sorry nor admitting it.

Next day, throwing up on the mattress!

Any word? None. I asked them whether they had anything to admit as I changed the whole bedsheet and mattress so they can sleep. None. Nobody admitted anything. DENY is the key here. BLAME others is another keyword, I supposed.
Only after got confronted, one guy admitted that he threw up. Any apologize words? None. Again, after I asked for, he only uttered it.

No responsibilities. No manner.

I charged them for the washing. Big complains! Called us hypocrite (not "hipokrit" as you said, guys!) Want to check out and just left the mess. Smart! Only paid after I told them I called the police. Lucky for them, I gave BIG CONSIDERATION for charging only RM97 for washing - not for changing mattress and bedsheet and carpet and blankets and pillows. Yes, this fella (red shirt) threw up a lot and everywhere.

What comes around goes around. Someday when you all have your own house, who knows, somebody will be your guests and do the same to your belongings. I wonder what they will say or do.

Of course, we had many youngsters that were such a big thumb up as well and had some "whities" that usually got kicked out immediately as well. So, yeah, still doing the business and still full till today. Must be somewhere, somehow, something right. God bless us.

And for those who wondering how "bad" is our treatment to these guys : gave them superior room with 2 extra beds with price of standard room, 1 barrel of heineken free, lended our car so they didn't have to walk for dinner, and late check out till 4 pm as the "kings" cannot wake up.
No "thank you" in return, instead complaining that we were "pro-white" and "bad treated/not friendly" with them!
Thanks to them, we will not - ever - give these "bad" treatment to anybody.
