April 1We bid farewell to Max (pix in front of room 8 with his bike). Second timer and again - as usual - he stayed with us for a month. This time he bought a bicycle as it costed him cheaper rather than rented outside.

April 4Siti (our new in-house maid) prepared fried noodles for guests. Here was Matt Duck, Jack and the gangs, Mandy and Stephen, Johannes Traut and his son.

April 6The fireworks of the last day of Water Festival. Due to political changes in our state, there is a big chance that this year festival is the last one.
April 11Dinner after the fishing trip of Zack, Stephen and Peter. They caught more than 35 fish! We steamed and battered deep fried them and Mandy served salad as well. Pic here was Stephen, Mandy, James and his gf, Chandran, Matt, Lynn and Peter, and Zack.
(It was raining in the morning but dead hot in the afternoon and there, they went off fishing.. Not bad catch for 4 hours.)
April 25Somebody "borrowed" our car without even asked permission. Bit frantic that day. I canceled the trip to Macau and HK to accompany Z home.
April 26
Car was returned today. Raja and Suma came for a visit. I - my foolish me - forgot to take picture. It was a great night. The day and night was hot like hell though.
April 28
It was the last night of Peter and Lynn before they head back to KL and then Chiangmai to teach again (after almost 4 weeks here). Here was Danny Young (will be with us for a week), Bandit, Stuart, Kacang and hif gf (Stu's not Kacang's) and Lynn (seated).
In the dining room was Farhad's friends from Iran.
In the TV area was Jenny and friend (stay for 10 nights, Larsen and friend, Fabrico from Italy (two weeks with us) and Kensuke from Japan.
