Kacang's girlfriend
Les and Karim are still with us. Karim will leave to Australia on 2nd though. Maude Grossan and her boyfriend left today after 13 nights with us.
Aisyah - Malaysian teaching in Chiang Mai - is with us. Karim's brother and his niece are in the house as well. Megan and Lindsay from Canada are doing open water course, Tautvydas and Saullius from Lithuania stay until 1st August and Metka and her boyfriend from Slovenia stay for 2 nights.
Kacang brought home a girlfriend as well although today she left - hope she will find way back. We put collar and did deworming, showered her with anti-flea med before let her choose whether she wants to stay here or back to the jungle.

Guests
Matthew, Jess, Heather and friends are still here. (Pic). Bernadette was back to Phuket on 16 (pic). But most of our guests since last blog are still here. Justin and gf (Ireland) arrived a day late as they were cheated in Satun border costing them around 400 euros. What a bad luck!
Maude from French and bf are going to stay with us until 30th. Les is still here as well, and Karim. Stipo from Croatia is still staying here and he has not any decision when he wants to leave.
Only Kalio from Finland left today and Krupa from India.
Hence we have Andersson from Canada, Jason Lim and Lau Sing Yee from Malaysia. And Syahdan and his 4 friends from Malaysia that insisted to stay here and finally squeezed in one room. Sound familiar?
And again, this is low season in Langkawi and you can find plenty of rooms here for a bargain.
Zack is making 6 new rooms now and hope that they will be finished by October.

Dinner
Hot like hell for few days and today suddenly we have cold shower. Good to cool down the weather a bit.
Sofia and her entourage left last night. Most of the nights as Zack cooked for them, the guests enjoyed free dinner as well. After beef rendang (Malaysian dry stew), the next night he grilled fish, and last night we ordered food from British Raj and baked quails! and chicken - tandoori marinated (courtesy of British Raj).
Tomorrow Nic and Charlie will leave the house and go to Bali. Les and Karim are still here tough and two couples Chong Zhang from China, Ian from England. Few girls as well Bernadett from Germany, Elisabeth and Carla from England and 3 boys and girls from England that came one to early (Matthew & friend - one month early, Heather and friend, Jessica and friend). Anna from Sweden and Jane from Canada just left this morning.

Beef Rendang Night
Zack's grand-daughter from KL came today, of course with her mom, Sofia. Zack cooked beef rendang for everyone - all the guests and sorry, no pics as I forgot to take one. Karim, Nic (athough she did not eating) and Charlie, Les from South Africa (return to our place after almost 2 years), Tia and Shane from UK, Luke from Australia, Sal -Sofia's best friend from KL, and Jennifer and her friends all from KL.
The night before I drank too much and still got the effect of it, I suppose. Rafal from Poland with his mother and brother and Ainu from Singapore, Sattar - GP from London, Nic and Charlie. All of us under the tree - the usual spot. A bottle of gin and two bottles of whiskey.
Kacang injured both his back legs' paws although it doesn't stop him from keep jumping around here and there.

First time outing for Edie's last night
It's been long time since I updated the blog. The reason is of course being lazy and the other one is our main computer is crashed! We had to reformat everything. Luckily most of the data can be restored although one of our project was gone. We will change our website from html to php-based and sadly our design etc are gone exactly just before we supposed to launch it. Well, another long nights - sleepless night.
Anyway, Eddie finally went home on 6th and the pics are his last night here. He lived with us and did not go out at all to eat outside as he cooked most of the times and the only food he bought outside would be fried chicken and pancake from night market. So we took him to British Raj to try some Northern Indian and Middle Eastern food and to get him fancy dinner. That was the first time for him to taste it and at least he finished his. His first time drinking lassie also! (And he spent almost six months in Asia)
The Thai Restaurant starts to build the restaurant and with sad and heavy heart, we saw the bulldozer cleared up Zack's beloved front yard/garden.
We relocated most of the plants including the bougenville to our backyard.
