Stormy days

Few stormy days, few sunny days. Headless body stranded in Cenang during the worst storm on Tuesday and sailing boat "Dynamite Cruise" was beached as well in front of Lanai. The boat was in devastated condition and they will raise fund to help the owner to do something about it in Sheila Restaurant.

Only one or two rooms empty though. Still you don't have the feeling like the house is full due everybody stays here so long already and we kind of like big family now. New people come and stay usually for few days and easily mingle with us.
Funny feeling actually.

Eddie finally got his flight home on 6 July from Bangkok via Egypt Air. Nicole got answer from YTL that she perhaps can join them for apprenticeship in Bali start next month. Wiener got new house as well.

Curry house - British Raj - opened for public since yesterday. Finally. And start next month as Big Joe ended his tenancy, the front yard (not the building) is rented out to a Thai Restaurant. They will build new building as they want to make an authentic Thai-style building. So far, they said they want to put it as fully aircond. restaurant. Think about it, it is good for the guests that stay in the fan rooms as they can escape occasionally there during the hot season.. .

In and out

We have Nathan May and his partner since Monday. Shanon and his family since last Thursday. Lany and her family since Tuesday. James since Sunday. Paul and Anna. Muzzy. And today Mimi - South Korean from US and Sukrit - Indian from US. Plus Nurul and her companies from KL.

Of course, we still have Karim, Nic and Charlie, Edie and Wiener.

Got a bit worried as the house would be overbooked on 17 but luckily Nurul, Mimi and Sukrit changed their plans and hence we are going to be just fine on that day.

Charlie finished his paperworks last Tuesday so we gone overboard again in Sunba to celebrate his "holiday"! Nic finished her yoga class yesterday so well, finally, they can have a break for few days or perhaps few weeks before they have to start to reality again.
